Recipe: Coconut Pudding

Coconut Pudding
I love pudding so much! It's the greatest lazy dessert. It's awesome too for everyone who likes to lick their spoons clean. This one is the hard version of coconut pudding. I have a soft pudding coming soon.

Ingredients:
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of hot water
1/2 cup of milk (I used skim)
1 cup of coconut cream (thick stuff)
4 tbsp of ice cold water

Method:
1. First you will dissolve the unflavored gelatin in the hot water with the sugar in the pot.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Mix in the milk, coconut cream and cold water.
4. Place into molds and allow to chill.

Feedback: I put some shredded coconut in the finished pudding just before it was chilled and it's really not recommended because i just looks weird in the end. Also use a whisk for mixing in the stuff. I was using a wooden spoon with a teflon pot-pan so I had to strain the lumps out.
